La guía OAD presenta la nueva lista de los Top 100+ European Restaurants
La guía Opinionated About Dining (OAD) ha presentado la lista de los Top 100+ European Restaurants de 2019. Una relación de 200 prestigiosos restaurantes que en esta edición está encabezada por Frantzén, del chef Björn Frantzén (Estocolmo, Suecia), seguido por Andreas Caminada – Schloss Schauenstein, del cocinero Andreas Caminada (Fürstenau, Suiza) y Etxebarri de Víctor Arguinzoniz en Atxondo (Vizcaya).
Frantzén es el primer y único restaurante sueco en ser distinguido con tres estrellas de la Guía Michelin de los Países Nórdicos que engloba a Suecia, Noruega, Finlandia, Dinamarca e Islandia. Ubicado en centro de Estocolmo, ofrece un exclusivo menú de 10 platos para tan solo 23 comensales.
Arguinzoniz no es el único español que se posiciona en el top 10 de este ranking basado en las valoraciones de más de 6.000 expertos. En el puesto número cuatro se sitúa el alicantino Quique Dacosta con su restaurante Quique Dacosta, en Denia (Alicante).
En total, son 21 los establecimientos nacionales que se cuelan entre los cien primeros, uno más que el pasado año, con nombres como Disfrutar de Oriol Castro y Eduard Xatruch, Aponiente de Ángel León o Mugaritz de Andoni Luis Aduriz.
La lista que en su día creara Steve Plotnicki, una de las voces más prolíficas en gastronomía, eleva a los primeros puestos a restaurantes como Daniel Berlín (Skåne Tranås, Suecia), en quinto lugar, y Le Calandre (Rubano Italia), en el sexto. El séptimo clasificado es el parisino L’Arpège y el también francés La Marine, el octavo. En las dos últimas posiciones del top ten se encuentran Noma 2.0 (Copenhague, Dinamarca) y Lido 84, ubicado en Gardone Riviera, Italia.
